The Third Chronicle
Ten committees convened. One assembly bound by record, resolve and rhetoric.

I. On This Chronicle
Every chronicle begins where the last left its seal. BPSGMUN returns for a third sitting — a gathering of delegates, dispatches and dissent, convened once again to test the instruments of diplomacy against the disorder of the present.
This is not merely a conference; it is a record in the making. Across ten committees, delegates will draft, contest and ratify positions on questions that span courtrooms and cabinets, newsrooms and naval charts, coaching centres and constitutional crises — and further still, into the invented and the historical alike.
“Diplomacy is the art of restraining power.”
Delegates will be asked not merely to speak, but to negotiate; not merely to argue, but to arrive — at resolutions, at compromises, at the uneasy consensus that governs real institutions. Each committee carries its own register, its own stakes, its own history.
The Third Chronicle is an invitation: to research with rigour, to debate with civility, and to leave, at the end of it, a paper trail worth keeping.
